If you haven’t run twice on the same day yet, this weekend would be a good time to give it a try. It’s okay if you don’t run more than a couple of miles, but get out there and do it! Then wait six to ten hours and do it again. Your goal: Three two-a-days over the next four weeks. Each one longer than the previous.
